Specdrum have had great success with the Assured Skills Welding Academy over 2021, employing welders from Cohort 1 to Cohort 5. The intake of welders from the academy has aided in production, improved welding quality standards and boosted morale within our production teams. We look forward to welcoming new welders from future welding academy cohorts into the business.
