Planter Project 2022

Over the last couple of months, we have been working alongside St Joseph’s College, Coalisland on a 🌼Planter Project🌸
The purpose of the project was devised by MEGA- Manufacturing & Engineering Growth & Advancement as a way for schools to connect with companies in the Engineering/Manufacturing Industry & vice versa of course 👋
The Year 11 Technology & Design students had designed two very different planter models & on Wednesday the class came on site to check out how their design were manufactured, the materials used and the people/machines involved in the making of planters 👩🏼‍🏭👨🏽‍🔧

Terex Materials Processing, Dungannon source all its pulleys for the screening equipment from Specdrum Engineering. We have found that they are a reliable and easy to work with supplier. With Specdrum Engineering being a local supplier to our facility we operate with daily deliveries and work together to try and ensure we keep our stock to a minimum. We have found Specdrum Engineering to be a very supportive organisation with any changes that we would like to make with our method of supply.
